Emphasizing our dedication to student well-being, this year's budget focuses on improving student outcomes, prioritizing social-emotional health, and ensuring physical well-being. Despite maintaining staffing and services at the previous year's level, this budget reflects a 7.3% increase due to rising costs in healthcare, salaries, and goods and services. Your support for the MTSD Budget is vital as we strive to shape a brighter future for our children.

    On Tuesday, December 6th, MTSD will host a Community Dialogue to engage participants in giving voice to the draft MTSD Equity Policy through community learning and discussion while also collecting feedback on the draft policy. This is not a warned MTSD School Board meeting. Although members of the Board may attend, they are not conducting business or facilitating.

    The draft policy and all supporting materials can be found at www.mtsd-vt.org/apps/pages/EquityPolicy.

    This meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 6th at the MHS Library from 6:30 - 8:30 PM. Prior to the Dialogue, we will host a Community Dinner in the MHS cafeteria from 5:00-6:15 PM.
