Milton Town School District is seeking several skilled Special Needs Programming Specialists to join our dynamic, fast-paced, and student-centered elementary, middle, and high school level teams. Qualifications: Bachelor’s level or ability to effectively demonstrate the required competencies. Experience delivering instruction to students with intensive needs and/or students with speech and language impairment. Must demonstrate competencies after receiving formal training. Must possess or demonstrate the ability to attain a working knowledge of assistive technology devices and augmentative communication approaches. Ability to work well as a team member and with students in an active and fast-paced setting. Must meet Highly Qualified status. The hours are 6.5 hours per day, 32.5 hours per week. The starting rate of pay is $21.06/hr. could be more based on experience and education. Benefits include health insurance, dental and, life insurance.
