Lonnie Terry – Milton Elementary School
Lonnie is a tireless worker and a familiar, friendly presence throughout MES. Often handling responsibilities alone, he ensures both the Elementary and Middle Schools are clean, safe, and well-maintained. From routine tasks to unexpected challenges, Lonnie approaches every job with a smile and a can-do attitude. His dedication, kindness, and humor brighten the days of students and staff alike, making him an indispensable member of our school community.
Pam Ballard – Milton Middle School
Pam brings joy, leadership, and dedication to her role every day. She consistently checks in with staff and students, ensuring the school environment is safe, welcoming, and well-maintained. Known for her kindness, humor, and high standards, Pam goes above and beyond in supporting her team and the Milton community. Her hard work and positive attitude make a lasting impact on everyone around her.
Tyler Flynn – Milton High School
Tyler is known for quietly delivering excellence in everything he does. From his daily maintenance responsibilities to stepping in for special projects, he consistently goes above and beyond. Tyler has assisted with moving furniture, supporting contractors, clearing snow, and maintaining our athletic fields—all with professionalism, a friendly attitude, and a commitment to teamwork. His dedication and leadership make him a true asset to our district.
