I moved to Vermont in 1993 to pursue a degree in Environmental Science from Johnson State College as well as enjoy all the outdoor activities this great state has to offer. After college my interests quickly turned to education after I accepted a job as an Instructional Assistant. That same week I enrolled in Saint Michael’s College Masters of Education Program to get my teaching license. I’ve worked as a math teacher in the Milton Middle School for five years and now am in my first year of administration. My professional career has been devoted to learning and growing as a Vermont educator.

Outside of school I am an avid outdoors person. I enjoy whitewater kayaking, skiing, triathlons, and spending time with my wife. I have the pleasure of teaching the kayaking class for Johnson State College and the Wilderness Program for Saint Michael’s College.
