| Bio: This is my second year at Milton High School and I have enjoyed teaching greatly here and hope to continue for many years. I graduated from UVM in 2005 with a Bachelors of Science in Secondary English with a minor in history. I am currently taking classes towards my a Masters in ESL at Saint Michael's College. I began my teaching career as an intern at BHS, continued as a para educator at Charlotte Central School and as an English teacher at Pine Ridge School in Williston.I have significant experience with students who struggle with reading, writing, and comprehending English literature and language. Exposing all my students to the diversity and freedom that English allows in both literature, the language, and prose is an essential goal of mine. My simple philosophy in approaching English is to encourage, create, revise, and accept all that forms each student's reading, writing, and speaking skills. |
