| Barbara Mieder has been teaching in Milton for over thirty years. Her specialty is German, but she also teaches Latin. She has degrees from Mount Holyoke College (A.B.), Middlebury College (M.A.) and Michigan State University (Ph.D.). She believes foreign language classes should be fun and that they should prepare students to live in a global society. Every year she plans trips to Europe to let students experience first hand what they have learned about in class. In February 2009 a group of students traveled to Greece.
