Take your shoes off in the entrance and put on slippers. Go to your room and put on your yukata (cotton robe). We had tea in our room while seated on the floor. Our room had a view of the Uji river. Many went to the hot baths. We all met in the banquet room for a feast! There were so many courses it was difficult to count them all and each course was not only delicious, but beautiful to look at . . .
