I earned a BS from St. Lawrence University in Psychology and Sociology. I received a VT Teaching License from the University of Vermont. I earned a MEd. and Reading/Language Arts Endorsement from St. Michael's College.

My hobbies include Ashtanga Yoga, Woodworking, Cooking, Hiking and Skiing.
