When you want it done, make it routine
There is no doubt about it. Routines help children feel comfortable and confident. Setting up routines can also help you avoid arguments with your child and develop his study habits. Consider making these items part of your family’s daily routine: 1. A discussion of what happened during each person’s day. 2. Regular times for homework, chores, preparing for the next day. 3. Family reading time. 4. Exercise.
