Everyone’s an expert: Help your family use the news
For some students, learning about current events is a challenge. It can be difficult to read and remember so many different topics. Why not ask each member of your family to choose a news story to follow. For three or four days, this person is the family expert on the topic, reading articles and watching news items. Then, at dinner, have everyone share what they’ve learned.
