Inspire family stories with five words

Story Starter

When kids tell stories, they use their imaginations, play with words and structure their thoughts. For family fun with storytelling: Select at least five words with no connection to each other (for example, dragon, song, tree, happy, forgetful). Have each family member tell a story that includes all the selected words. Compile the tales in a book, “Stories of Our Family.”
