ENROLLING A STUDENT
 |
To register a student in the Milton Town School District, you must schedule
an appointment with Eileen O'ReganWheeler. The Registrar's Office is
located in the Milton District Offices at the Milton Elementary School
in Room 134 and is the place to register all PK-12 students. When you come in for your appointment, please bring the
following materials with you in order to complete the registration process:
- RESIDENCY - At least two preprinted proofs of your current address
in Milton. (Utility Bill,
Purchase or Rental Agreement, Tax Bill)
- BIRTH CERTIFICATE - A copy of the original birth certificate or passport
for children registering for preschool or kindergarten
- IMMUNIZATION - Up-to-date immunization records
- LEGAL DOCUMENTS - Must be on file;
Custody, Guardianship, Etc.

TRANSFERRING A STUDENT

For students transferring to Milton
Schools, a record release form will be signed at the Registrar's office.
This will allow the sending school to release records.
For students transferring
from Milton
Schools to another school, please stop at the school office your child attends to sign a
Record
Release form. |
