The kindergarten program at Milton Elementary School currently consists of 7 classrooms which are all single year placements.

Single Grade – This is a structure that has a group of children working with a classroom teacher for one year and then placed in another class the following year with a new teacher.  This model is the one most commonly found in schools.

It is important to note that the curriculums are the same in each classroom and the expectations are consistent throughout each class. All children will receive instruction that covers the same high standards using materials and techniques that are high quality and research-based.

Wednesday, April 11th - "Parent Information Night" for Incoming 2012 - 2013 Kindergarten Parents from 6:00 - 7:00 pm

Wednesday, April 18th and Thursday, April 19th - Kindergarten Registration and Screening Days - Appointments being scheduled between 8:00 and 3:00. Each parent and child should plan to be here for an hour appointment.
