2. Current immunizations are required for enrollment in public schools in Vermont.
3. Proof of Residency - please provide two or more from the list below-

- Signed Lease Agreement or Purchase and Sale Contract
- Current Utility Bill at Milton Address
- Current Year Milton Property Tax Bill
- Valid Driver's License at Current Milton Address
- Letter from Town of Milton showing proof of Voter Registration

Registration for the 2024/2025 School Year is Open!
Enrollment in the Milton Early Education Program (PreK) must be confirmed with the Early Childhood Coordinator prior to registration.
