Choosing an effective color scheme Either there is no color scheme presented, it is totally ineffective, or there is no real scheme to the color. There is a color scheme presented, and it is somewhat effective. The color combos in the scheme may not be too good together. The color scheme presented is  effective, and the combination is atttractive.
Choose and design the team number Either there is no number style chosen, or it is very poorly done. There is a fairly effective number style chosen, or it is a perfectly good number but it may not work well in the color scheme. There is an effective number style chosen, and works well in the color scheme.
Coordinate the color scheme with a sponsor, if there is time There is no number style chosen, there is no color scheme chosen, and/or no attempt was made to coordinate it with the sponsor's colors and logo.

A limited attempt was made to coordinate number & scheme with the sponsor's colors and logo.

The number & scheme have been coordinated well with the sponsor's colors and logo.
Shows evidence of trying more than one scheme and/or number There are no pictures, website information, or drawings available to show evidence of planning. There are a few pictures, website information, or drawings available to show evidence of planning. There are at least two categories of evidence of planning : pictures, website information, or drawings available.
The student's performance was acceptable during the webquest. The student did not always cooperate with teacher and peers, and the student did not put best effort forward. The student either did not always cooperate with teacher and peers, or the student did not put best effort forward. The student usually cooperated with teacher and peers, and the student did put best effort forward on the task.
