I performed the three tasks assigned to me. I did one or none of the three tasks assigned to me. 

 

 I did two of the three tasks assigned to me.  I did all three of the tasks assigned to me. 
I tried my best at all times to cooperate with the other team members. I seldom or never cooperated with the other team members. I misbehaved regularly, I interfered with the others trying to work, and/or I refused to do my tasks. 

 

 I sometimes cooperated with the other team members. But sometimes I misbehaved, interfered with the others trying to work, and/or I refused to do my tasks.   I usually or always cooperated with the other team members. I behaved, helped others, and did my tasks.
The student's performance was acceptable to the teacher during the web quest. The student did not always cooperate with teacher, and the student did not put best effort forward.

 

 The student either did not always cooperate with teacher, or the student did not put best effort forward. The student usually cooperated with teacher,  and the student did put best effort forward on the task.

 

   I kept careful records, whenever required, and my work was stored in an organized way.

  		     I kept few or no records, and I either did not store my work at all or it was in a disorganized condition.
